Metallized high wet strength label paper , also known as vacuum coated high humidity strength label paper, is a special label material that uses high humidity strength base paper as the substrate and forms an extremely thin pure aluminum layer (thickness of about 0.062 millimeters) on the surface of the paper through vacuum evaporation technology.The core production process is: raw paper→base coating→vacuum aluminum plating→surface coating→moisture regain→slitting → packaging. Among them, vacuum aluminum plating is the process of heating aluminum wire to 1700 ℃ under a vacuum degree of 1 × 10⁻⁴ millibar, melting and evaporating it onto the substrate to form an aluminum layer.

This product is mainly based on European high humidity and strength base paper (such as French Osron, Italian sand pool brands, etc.), which has a metallic appearance and excellent water resistance and environmentally friendly recyclability.
