The 2025 Shanghai Wold of Packing Exhibition was grandly held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from November 25 to 27, 2025.

This year marks a significant milestone as the exhibition celebrates its 10th anniversary. Since its inception in 2015, this annual international event has evolved steadily, adhering to the philosophy of advancing with the times and resonating with industry trends. Alongside the entire packaging sector, it has continuously introduced innovations, showcasing a wide array of cutting-edge packaging products and technologies.  

With the theme "A Decade's Pledge," the exhibition brings together over 950 leading global enterprises, spanning eight key end-use industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. It highlights the forefront of intelligent and eco-friendly packaging technologies, with a particular focus on critical packaging areas like AI-driven and digital packaging, sustainable materials and circular design, light weighting, and personalized solutions. The event systematically presents a one-stop industrial chain, covering packaging machinery, material innovation, packaging products, label printing, and packaging design.

The 2025 Shanghai Wold of Packing Exhibition has set up four core exhibition areas, accurately responding to industry trends: the "Intelligent Manufacturing" section showcases automated packaging equipment and smart factory systems, helping enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency; The "Dual Carbon New Era" section focuses on biobased materials and zero carbon technologies, responding to regulatory requirements such as RecyClass from the European Union; The "fast-moving consumer goods theme museum" meets personalized consumer needs through creative design and supply chain integration; The "Save Food" forum, in collaboration with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, explores the key role of packaging technology in reducing food waste.

The scale of the exhibition reached a new high, with an area of more than 70000 square meters, bringing together more than 950 high-quality exhibitors from all over the world, including international exhibition groups from Germany, Italy, Austria, France, Turkey, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea and other places. Buildwise also participated in this exhibition, where we had friendly exchanges with outstanding peers from all over the country and even the world, visited exhibits, observed and researched products.
